Carriage/Delivery charges are shown on the check-out page before you confirm your order.
A valid signature is required on delivery by our carrier. In the unlikely event you have not received your order within 21 days please notify our customer service team.
Customers have the right to cancel any order up to seven working days after placing it to receive a refund. If the product/item is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. Please contact our customer service team via telephone or e-mail as shown on our Contact Us page for a returns code number. You must obtain this code before returning any product to us as we cannot process your return without it.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We recommend you send the package by recorded or special delivery.
